The customer service rep was horrible and yelled 'you'll have to talk to the ranger' as she hung up the phone. They force you to out your tent in a specific location, more often than not directly next to the fire pit, and you get sand everywhere form the new pads. The addition of the sand tent pads are horrible as well. Not too mention closer to the mosquitoe breeding grounds. Then why are you calling me 6hours before we depart?! They split up our family, did not provide refunds and relocated us to the RV side ( reminder, we do not have an RV) which is really just a parking lot.
